ILBSM offers a variety of after or before school activities. Whether it be improved academic performance, exploring interests and creating a broader perspective, socialising with peers, enhancing self esteem and social skills, and learning life skills are just a few of the benefits that extracurricular activities provide the student. No matter your interest, we have an activity for you!

English 4 Skills

Our English 4 Skills courses aim to rapidly improve your 4 skills in everyday situations, with an emphasis on speaking, listening, writing and reading skills. The amount of attention you give to each skill area will depend both the level of your learners as well as their situational needs. Generally beginners, especially those who are non-literate, benefit most from listening and speaking instruction with relatively little work on reading and writing. As fluency increases, the amount of reading and writing in your lessons may also increase. With advanced learners, up to half of your lesson time can be spent on written skills, although your learners may wish to keep their focus weighted toward oral communication if that is a greater need.

Cambridge Assessment English Exam Preparation

ILBSM is an approved testing center for all Cambridge Assessment Exams. With the use of books materials such as sample papers, worksheets, vocabulary lists and exam guides our professional instructors will guide your child to a successful assessment. Basic Computer Literacy

The Basic Computer Literacy course is designed to provide with a basic knowledge of computer principles, hardware and software. Throughout the course the student will learn components of a computer, word processing, using a spreadsheet, usage of the internet, communications and security.

Sports

Sports plays an important role in educating students as it teaches them to become strong from inside and also develop a fit and sound body. Combining sports in education can help students to develop a self-motivating spirit to do things on their own and having ownership of these. The benefits of playing sports are several, and it leads to balanced mental growth. It teaches life skills such as social skills, team efforts, leadership, patience. It instills confidence, discipline and playing without crossing the rules. Our Athletics & Physical Education program provide the student with knowledge to succeed in sport.

Arts

For students who would like to explore their artistic side ILBSM will offer a variety of art clubs. Art classes such as painting, handcrafts and drawing will provide the student an opportunity to learn or improve, and showcase their art skills.

Music
