Sport Day Training

The objectives of training sport is to help ILBSM students relax and reduce their anxiety during their study. ILBSM strongly believes that besides just being fun, sports can help student perform better in school, relax more and worry less, deal with setbacks, work better with others and increase one's energy. Ultimately, sport help student balance between school and everything else in their lives.
